Training sessions offered through Ultimate Power Speak offer proven business communication techniques that help you sharpen content, strengthen delivery and dramatically improve your interaction skills. Strategic Communication Skills

Strategic Communication Skills (Speaker Bootcamp) is a 3-day/30-hour intensive session divided into three sections: delivery skill development, knowledge or content skills, and interaction skills. Each training section is listener-focused rather than speaker-focused, enabling the participant to focus on the impact his message creates, not how it feels. The second training focus is based on the participant’s perception versus reality. This is how the listener perceives the participant, not how the participant perceives himself.

Communicating for Influence

Communicating for Influence is a 4 day/40 hour training program designed and targeted to participants specifically in sales roles. The core competencies and structure of the Strategic Communication Skills class are enhanced to incorporate sales terminology, methodology and communication.

A fourth day is included in the Communicating for Influence program which focuses on the art of strategic Demo skills. Through structure, delivery and practice of technological demonstrations utilizing the individual participants’ area of work focus, the fourth day allows for the application of the communication principles to the art of demonstrating technical information.

Press & Media

The Press & Media program is available to participants who have completed the Strategic Communication Skills program and who serve as spokespersons for the organization. Utilizing the core components of the Strategic Communication Skills method, the Press & Media class provides intense focus on the art of Q&A and effectively interacting with members of the media.

In this program, the use of experienced journalists and reports is facilitated to create mock interview interactions.

Additional Offerings

In addition to the core communication training programs offered by Ultimate Power Speak include: one-on-one executive coaching, message development, preparatory sessions for speakers presenting at regional and national conferences, demo skills training, certification preparedness and practice, and any communication focused need that may arise.
