Assessment

During the Assessment phase, the Ultimate Power Speak trainer gathers information and becomes familiar with the communication pains, problems and strengths that challenge your company or specific employees. Interviews and conversations with managers or executives within the groups to be trained will be held to identify these and other challenges. The assessment is most effective in person as face-to-face assessment allows Ultimate Power Speak to establish the communication gap and the scope of influence

This phase culminates in the development of specific goals for improving communication with clear learning objectives and outcomes.

  • Understand the company’s culture, industry, jargon, and philosophy
  • Gain a clear picture of the company’s communication strengths and weaknesses
  • Understand the perceptions of audience groups

2. Assessment Results

  • Establishes a baseline to tailor the training program
  • Allows for clear objectives and results to be defined by executives, managers and others involved
