Continued measurement of the communication skills learned during the training program is critical and crucial to making your training investment effective. The measurement goals will be established and set during the planning phase.

The fourth day of Certification, 30 to 60 days later, forces participants to continue to practice the communication skill sets learned during the intensive training program. When combined with a company standard score, such as an 80% passing grade, the training becomes measurable – not just another training session the individual is required to attend. Enforcement of the communication skills training and its future use in the participant’s daily job demonstrates the company is serious about the communication training and the individual should be too.
