Plan

Ultimate Power Speak uses all the information gained during the assessment phase to develop a training-program plan that is tailored to your company and to achieving the results you envision. The plan establishes clear objectives for each training group, i.e., internal sales: phone-based; external sales: face-to-face communication; and instructors: presentation and transferring information to a classroom. The plan culminates in detailed, scheduled training outlines.

Communication training plan development is a two-way process that includes company decision makers and the Ultimate Power Speak program designer. However, the majority of the planning work is the responsibility of the trainer. Typically, the plan goes through three revisions before it is in its final form.

The plan is timeline specific. Ultimate Power Speak will work with you to schedule the pilot dates and reinforcement training dates. Scheduling the training program in advance allows you the opportunity to determine if the training session should be event-focused or message-focused. Event-focused training may be based around upcoming conferences or tradeshows.

Message-focused training can include communication of a new corporate message, marketing message, mission statement, etc. Combining the Ultimate Power Speak training curriculum with a company’s new message establishes consistent, clear and concise communication/message architecture for everyone to use.
